CANCELLATION POLICY
DonnaChic wants to create a safe space where every client feels cared for. The following policies are in place to ensure a smooth experience for everyone while prioritizing your time, skin health, and results. *CANCELLATION AND LATE ARRIVAL • Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. • Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a 50% service fee. • I understand that life happens , if you’re canceling due to illness or an emergency, please contact me directly. • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients. A valid credit or debit card is required to book an appointment. You will only be charged if you no-show or cancel after the 24-hour window. PAYMENT AND GRATUITY • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Venmo, and E-Gift Cards. • Gratuities are never expected, but always appreciated. RETURNS AND REFUNDS: • No refunds are issued for completed services. • Retail products may be returned within 7 days for a full refund if unused and in original condition.
